Thick resin is wild harvested from white pine trees in Southern Ontario. This resin is naturally antibacterial + antimicrobial making it a wonderful aid for sores, bruises, slivers - you name it. Apply to chest + neck to help with decongestion or rub in to palms and inhale deeply to ground the body + mind during meditation/yoga.
