Flavour Profiles: White has a stronger mushroom flavour, Pink has a light seafood flavour and Black is the most mild. The black and white have a more meaty texture.

- It is possible to get up to three harvests from your mycelium block. You will need to soak the block for 24 hours in water to reactivate it.
- Once you are done with the kit you can compost the mycelium block. Some people like to bury them in their gardens and surround them with some wood chips or straw. You can even get an addition harvest or two by doing it this way.
